Returns
We gladly accept returns for new and unopened items within 30 days of the delivery date. Upon inspection of the returned items, a refund will be processed to the original payment method. Please allow 7-10 business days for processing after we have received the returned items.

Please note that return shipping fees are determined on a case-by-case basis and will be deducted from the refund amount.
Please be aware that we do not facilitate product exchanges; if you wish to replace items, you will need to place a new order.

Warranty

Our warranty policy extends to 30 days from the date of delivery. Should you encounter issues beyond this period, you will need to initiate a warranty claim directly with the manufacturer.
Our warranty exclusively covers internal component defects and does not encompass wear and tear, misuse, accidental damage, leakage, or any other external components.
You have the option of choosing between a replacement or a refund to the original payment method. We can provide a one-time warranty claim for the item.
Disposable Vapes:
Warranties for disposable vapes are subject to review and are assessed on a case-by-case basis by Vaper Store Online.
In the event of a defective disposable vape, please promptly contact us via email at admin@vaperstoreonline.com, detailing the issue. We will consider factors such as the purchase date, quantity, and your explanation when determining if the device is indeed defective.
If it is confirmed that the device is defective, a refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that we do not offer exchanges or replacements for disposable vapes.
